Mindfulness
We believe that the health and wellbeing of our students is paramount to their success at CG and we have been working with Mindfulness in Schools (MiSP) to offer a range of recognised mindfulness programmes that have been developed to help young people find focus, balance, happiness and a sense of wellbeing. We have offered a variety of courses this year including after school clubs, curriculum based programmes and more recently we have offered our staff the excellent MBSR eight week programme for adults.
