Leadership Points

At Chatham Grammar, we value and recognise all positive elements of our students’ contributions to our learning community. This includes when you display our core Leadership Skills in any of your lessons. Whether it’s having a plan in PE, sharing success in science, taking responsibility in ethics or exhibiting any of the 7 skills in any subject, we appreciate and support you developing these essential skills throughout your learning journey at our Academy.

The system we use is called ePraise and allows teachers of all subjects to easily award Leadership Points to you live in lessons, and gives students access to remotely check and visually track the Leadership Points that they have received. This can be done via the ePraise app on your iPads or by visiting the login page from any web-enabled device.

As above, points are awarded when you display Leadership Skills, and students will be rewarded through a virtual prize store on the app and can cash-in their Leadership Points for a variety of prizes and rewards including treats at school, small gifts and online shopping vouchers.
